ចលនាតស៊ូទាំង ៣៤ រួមមាន នេះជាចលនាបេះបោរ ទាមទារបំបែករដ្ឋ ជាសញ្ញានៃ បដិវត្តន៍ពណ៍ បែប អាស៊ីសេរី Free Asia ដែល ផ្លាស់ប្តូរការគ្រប់គ្រង ពី ដែនដីអាណានិគម អេស្បាញ ព័រទុយហ្គាល់ ទៅជា ដែនដី ឥណ្ឌូចិន បារាំង Indo China Francaise និង ឈានទៅរក ដែនដី ឥណ្ឌូចិន អាមេរិកកាំង Indo China America--.យោងលើក យោធភូមិសាស្រ្ត និង ភូមិសាស្រ្តនយោបាយ ដែល អាមេរិក ចង់់បាន តំបន់នេះ ជម្រុញឲ្យ មានការបះបោរជនជាតិ ចម្ប៉ា ជាច្រើនក្រុម ធ្វើសង្រ្គាម សម្លាបគ្នា រួច រាលដាលជាសង្រ្គាមស៊ីវិលនៅកម្ពុជា។

1. Pol Pot was the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Kampuchea and the leader of the Cambodian communist movement known as the Khmer Rouge.
2. Khieu Samphan was the head of the CPNLAF, the Khmer Rouge armed forces.
3. Prince Norodom Sihanouk was the prime minister and head of state of Cambodia from 1960 to 1970 and was then figurehead leader of the National United Front of Kampuchea, which included the Khmer Rouge from 1970 to 1975.

1. Ngô Đình Diệm was the President of South Vietnam from 1955 until his assassination in 1963.

3. Nguyễn Khánh was an ARVN general who was in power from early 1964 to 1965.
4. Nguyễn Văn Thiệu was an ARVN general who became the President of South Vietnam from 1967 to 1975.
5. Nguyễn Cao Kỳ was air vice-marshal and commander of the Republic of Vietnam Air Force (RVNAF) until 1967 who became the Prime Minister of South Vietnam from 1965 to 1967 and the Vice President from 1967 to 1971.
6. Trần Văn Hương was the second to last President of South Vietnam before its surrender in 1975.

1. Cao Văn Viên was an ARVN general who served as chairman of the Joint General Staff from October 1965 to April 1975.
2. Hoàng Xuân Lãm was an ARVN general, commander of I Corps (1967–1972).
3. Ngô Quang Trưởng was an ARVN general and commander of I Corps (1972–1975).
4. Trần Văn Minh was an RVNAF general and RNVAF commander from November 1967 to April 1975.
5. Trần Văn Chơn was a Republic of Vietnam Navy rear admiral and navy commander from 1966 to 1974.
6. Lê Nguyên Khang was the commander of the Republic of Vietnam Marine Corps.
7. Nguyễn Ngọc Loan was commander of the Republic of Vietnam National Police from April 1966 to May 1968.
